The Arts Centre
The Arts Centre promotes arts education by creating valuable Arts curriculum as well as hosting events and exhibits that promote the arts. The Arts Centre, located in the old Federal building, is the leading arts education facility in the region.

Martinsburg Public Library
The present Martinsburg library was founded by the Martinsburg Woman's Club in 1926. Over the years the library has been in different locations, but in 1968, the current library building opened at its present site on the corner of King and Queen streets. The year 2001 marked the library's 75th year of continuous service to our community.

Main Street Martinsburg
Main Street Martinsburg is dedicated to assisting the community in revitalizing the downtown commercial district through historic preservation.

Martinsburg Roundhouse
The mission of the Berkeley County Roundhouse Authority is the preservation and rehabilitation of the Martinsburg Roundhouse Center for adaptive re-use as an historic attraction of National significance and community center for public events.

National Transit Library

National Transportation Center
Learn about the mission of the National Transportation Center to advance technology and expertise in the many disciplines comprising transportation through the mechanisms of education, research and technology transfer at the university level. The NTC is located on the Morgan State University campus in Baltimore, Maryland. National Transit Database
This website contains the Federal Transit Administration collection of data on mass transportation. Over 600 of the nation's transportation providers submit data annually. See national trends for safety, security, ridership, measures of cost, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Eastern Panhandle Clean Air Connection
Eastern Panhandle Clean Air Connection is a public-private community partnership sponsored by local governments of Berkeley and Jefferson Counties and the City of Martinsburg, and managed by the Region 9 Planning and Development Council.

Federal Transit Administration (FTA)
Learn of grants and other programs through which FTA (a division of US Department of Transportation) provides financial assistance to develop new transit systems and improve, maintain, and operate existing systems. The department’s stated mission includes that of keeping the traveling public safe and secure and increasing mobility.

West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT)
This website contains travel information for drivers and tourists, and describes West Virginia’s Courtesy Patrol to assist stranded motorists. Here you will learn about West Virginia’s airports, buses, roadways, railways, and rivers, and the department’s seven divisions, including the Division of Public Transit and the Division of Motor Vehicles. This website is designed to better inform the public about the benefits and importance of public transportation for all Americans — even if they never board a train or a bus.

Center for Transportation Excellence
This is a transportation policy research center. Research materials, strategies, and other forms of support on the benefit of public transportation.

Community Transportation Association
Membership is open to transit providers, friends of transportation, others. Benefits include subscription to Community Transportation Magazine. Association believes that effective public and community transportation contributes mightily to the quality of life.

Hagerstown/Eastern Panhandle Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO)
This website describes the Long Range Multi-Modal Transportation Plan under development for the tri-county region that includes Washington County, Maryland, and Berkeley and Jefferson counties in West Virginia. This agency is the federally designated planning agency for this area.
