P.A.T. Service

P.A.T. - PanTran's Alternative Transportation The Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority (PanTran) vehicles can travel a mile and half in any direction from the Sheetz in Inwood and a mile and a half from the stop light in Hedgesville and be transported to the nearest fixed route location to wait for the next scheduled bus. Anyone beyond 3/4 mile, up to a mile and a half from our fixed route can also use our P.A.T. Service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

·         To schedule transportation, please call the Mobility Manager at 304-263-0876 ext. 100 prior to 3:00 PM the day before your trip.

·         Should you need to cancel a scheduled trip, please call at least one day prior. Three no shows will result in a five day suspension from service.

·         PanTran Half Fare Cards & Monthly Passes are accepted on PanTran vehicles.

·         Non Medicaid riders pay $4.00 plus the Fare for each Zone change.
