Demand Response Service

In Inwood and Hedgesville service will be on a demand-response basis. Requests will be available on a first-served basis. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance This service can be arranged by calling the PanTran office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 263.0876.

• Recreational
• Medical Appointments
• Employment
• Meal Sites
• Shopping

Request Requirements

1. Service must be requested at least one day in advance
2. Service can only be scheduled for one day at a time.
3. Request must be for round trip
4. At the time of the request you must provide the following information:
   1. Full Name
   2. Address of Pickup
   3. Address of Drop (if not on the scheduled route)
   4. Time of Pickup
   5. Telephone
   6. E-Mail Address (for online requests)

The cost of the service is $2.00 plus the regular route fee (see rate schedule).
